BEN GRUSHKABen Grushka has been the Executive Director at WEA Hunter since 2002. He originally trained as a teacher and went on to work in the non for profit sector managing a large community centre which was involved in the provision of human services, social planning and community development. Ben was also on the Management Committee of CCNSW and currently serves as a member of the University of Newcastle's Community Engagement Committee. |

DON RIPPERDon Ripper has been involved in Adult Community Education since 1972 and has held the position of Director of Adult Community Education Sale - Central Gippsland Community College for the past 12 years. Don served as Chair of ACFE Gippsland Regional Council for three terms and as a Municipal Councillor for 10 years. More recent interests have been in the development of a framework for non accredited training for the Community Education sector in Victoria and the development of Rural Industry Safety Education across Victoria. |
