		DANNY O’DONOGHUE Chairman, Community Colleges Australia Danny O’Donoghue is the Chief Executive Officer of The Centre, your Community College in Wangaratta and Benalla. He has a strong commitment to his local community, is active in many community based organisations and has a fundamental belief in the development of community through the learning and development of individuals.

		DIANNE KITCHER Vice-Chair, Community Colleges Australia Dianne Kitcher is the Chief Executive Officer of Central West Community College and has 25 years management experience in the education, health and private sectors. She has a broad knowledge of working in community based not-for-profit organisations and was previously the Director of Programs and Services at FPA Health.

		BERNADETTE O’CONNOR Treasurer Bernadette O’Connor is the Chief Executive Officer of Education Centre Gippsland and has over 25 years experience in the adult education and vocational education training sector, as well as experience in health and private business. Bernadette is highly experienced in working with local communities, business and industry, and disadvantaged groups to ensure that learning is central to the equitable development opportunities for individuals and communities.

		PATRICIA CARROLL Patricia Carroll is the Principal of St George and Sutherland Community College and has expertise in running Disability and Adult Migrant programs. Patricia has served at Board level with Adult and Community Education, the Advisory Body for Catholic Education and is a member of the Sutherland Shire Business Education Network.

		BEN GRUSHKA Ben Grushka has been the Executive Director at WEA Hunter since 2002. He originally trained as a teacher and went on to work in the non for profit sector managing a large community centre which was involved in the provision of human services, social planning and community development. Ben was also on the Management Committee of CCNSW and currently serves as a member of the University of Newcastle's Community Engagement Committee.

		DON RIPPER Don Ripper has been involved in Adult Community Education since 1972 and has held the position of Director of Adult Community Education Sale - Central Gippsland Community College for the past 12 years. Don served as Chair of ACFE Gippsland Regional Council for three terms and as a Municipal Councillor for 10 years. More recent interests have been in the development of a framework for non accredited training for the Community Education sector in Victoria and the development of Rural Industry Safety Education across Victoria.
